Photographers can work on a freelance basis. They can upload their work onto job boards and get paid for it, or they can get paid casual work doing weddings and other occasions. IT people can get freelance projects quite easily by going to online job boards where projects are posted.
Registration with many of these online job boards is free for basic membership. This will provide you with only limited opportunities to get work, though. If you are serious about career opportunities, the best idea is to go for the medium subscription that will bring you in plenty of projects without breaking your budget. Once you’ve successfully completed a few, you’ll have the kind of feedback that will bring others your way.
Computer programmers, graphic designers, management consultants and many other job descriptions are available in freelance career opportunities. All you need is the expertise to be able to do them - and sometimes the luck for your bid to be chosen out of numerous others. However, if you are an expert in your field and learn how to write killer project bids, then luck will not play any significant part in the process.
Within the writing field there are many divisions for your career opportunity. You could major in the field of grant writing, blogging, copywriting, or sales letters - and more. Some clever people, who have learned how to write sales letters that really haul in the customers, do this for a living and earn a great deal.
Others prefer to ghost write other people’s life stories, or seek their career opportunity in the field of writing fiction for others. Projects for writing white papers and other kinds of reports usually pay better than the smaller projects such as blogging. However, these can be fun to do and a source of quick money. Larger projects take longer to finish, hence longer before you get paid. But in some cases you may request payment blocks as the work advances.
Whatever type of freelance career you seek, it is quick and easy to locate the right opportunity by using online job boards and classified ads for your search.

Help answer the question about career opportunities
What career opportunities can I find in San Francisco?
HI! I'm moving to San Francisco next year, and I'm only 18. What career opportunities are there that I can't find elsewhere. I want to be a young professional in dentistry or possible a registered nurse. My 3rd option is therapist or counseler (clinical psychology) It's going to be a lot of work and I'm just wondering, how does San Francisco differ from anywhere else? What opportunities can I seize? What jobs or careers are avaible in SF?
Can you write? Do you have an area of expertise which you can write about? Are your kids in school or do you have time when you can focus on your writing work without interruptions or being disturbed?
It takes time to build up a writing career. Can you support yourself and your kids and invest the time and money necessary to build up a freelance business?
Do you want a regular paycheck, or can you live with the ups and downs in freelance income? Do you know how much it will cost to provide your family with health insurance and other benefits you will have to provide for yourself out of your freelance income? And are you sufficiently disciplined to set aside money to pay all of your taxes before you pay rent/mortgage, groceries, etc?
Only you can answer these and make a decision.

fine art photography exhibitions. Man Ray; Luc Henri Bresson are excellent examples of fine photography to inspire you….
Are you in the UK? If so take a foundation course which leads to a Batchelor of Arts Degree. You won't regret it!
